Experienced Wind Turbine Technician – Nordex 👷🏼‍♀️

We are recruiting an experienced Wind Turbine Technician to join one of our teams. In this role, you will:

• Work on the installation of Nordex wind turbines.
• Travel across Europe (and beyond 🙂 ) working at various wind farm locations.
• Work at heights, installing turbine components.
• Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with HSE regulations.
• Share your knowledge and train new technicians.

About the Company

Flex Wind is a provider of comprehensive wind turbine installation and blade repair services in Europe, South America, and Africa. Currently, almost 200 technicians work with Flex Wind in Europe. The year 2024 will be a year of significant growth for us. We are expanding our service package, entering new markets, new areas of activity, and starting to work with new clients.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Nordex platforms (minimum 12 months) on construction sites.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written (A2/B2 level).
• Required training: GWO, (HaiLo, Spanset, Avanti Ladder, Cherry Picker, Telehandler are a plus 😉)
• Ability to work at heights.
• Physical fitness.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad in a 6-week work, 2-week off rotation system.
• Adherence to HSE regulations.
• Flexibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Valid category B driver’s license.
